I used the gluten-free sourdough starter recipe in the King Arthur app and after the starter was ready I used this flour for the bread itself. I'm an experienced baker but on a bit of a learning curve on gluten free baking. This flour gave me an excellent loaf of bread! Only comment is King Arthur should make a bigger bag! One bag basically makes one loaf and feeds the starter once. I buy them two at a time. I highly recommend this gluten-free flour! And PS I live at 8000' above sea level. And STILL had a Great loaf of bread using the recipe on the King Arthur App for Gluten-Free Sourdough.
King Arthur Flour is the GOAT. I was raised on their good quality stuff flour. Now I'm raising my family with dietary restrictions and their Gluten Free flours have exceeded my expectations. If you actually want to forget that what you're eating is Gluten Free, go with King Arthur. Baking is once again simple. 10/10 recommend this product.
This flour GF flour has Gluten Free wheat starch and that's a game-changer! The breads you can make with this flour are excellent in taste and texture; very similar to regular wheat bread. My daughter has used it to make biscuits as well as loaves of bread.
This flour is easy to use and great when you have a child with celiac. The flavor is great when making bread. It does not grow as much but, it still produces a nice loaf to eat. Thank you
It's always hard to find something that tastes good with it being gluten free.
I love the butter loaf recipe with this flour. Makes great sandwich bread
Very good. I used it to make family r Cookie recipes
I tried it for the first time and was extremely surprised at how fluffy the bread came out. I recommend anybody try it even if it's not something medically needed for you.
This flour says gluten free, but the first ingredient says gluten free wheat starch. Also it says contains wheat. Please explain this as II am highly allergic to wheat.
This is the perfect flour for bread and pizza dough not heavy and measures out cup for cup I've been using it for 6months and have not been disappointed with the final product my gluten free bread turns out perfectly
