(2 pack) MASECA Yellow Instant Corn Masa Flour 2 Lb Bag

I quit using white corn flour to fry chicken. Now, I use yellow corn flour to give my chicken a golden color.

i started using maseca as an alternative to corn startch as a healthy, thicking agent for my chilis and stews. I like that it comes in a 2 pound bag, since a little goes a long way. The ingredients are simply corn and limes. overall, i am happy with the results i get with this product.

This flour is grounded very fine so that you don't have any pieces of corn meal. It works into dough easily. Manufacture gives the very thorough instructions that are easy to follow, pictures included. I'm no longer intimidated and I make tortillas often. It's a favorite.

I like this brand of masa. Mixes pretty easily with water and doesn't clump too much. Easy to make tasty tortillas.

Always loved this brand. The taste of this products are really good. The yellow instant corn has a different flavor but a really good flavor.

Great taste, great value for the money, but always seems to sour before the expire date. Which lessens the value actually.
