I read an article that said a good combination of sodium vs potassium helps the areas of the body between the muscle cells and the bloodstream regulate fluids. I knew I was low on potassium, so I got this product as it is highly ranked. Within 2 days of taking the potassium pills, I noticed the fluid swelling reduce. Note: I do split the pills in half (easily by hand) since it says to take one pill a day. So I split them in half and take it every 12 hours. So far... so good.
I'll tell anyone that have needs a supplement for potassium this is it. My joints ached so bad before adding this daily tablet. After a couple of days those aches and pains were gone and I'm getting around much better.
I'm told you have a lack of potassium if you get body cramps. I was so bad and stretching didn't help. After getting this I immediately took it and my body has such relief from these cramps. I'm thankful!
These r the best money can buy. I take one everyday. It sure does help my leg cramps. I dont like eating bananas, so I take this pill and its much better. I highly recommend these to everyone.
Take one at night to keep the leg and toe cramping away, so far so good.

A great supplement to have in add to your daily routine. Easy to take %26 great to help your health like for immunity
Have muscle spasms in my back. These help me but not as well as bananas but they are bad for my diabetes.
Bottle looks like it's gone through war but contents are still ok.
I've ordered multiple items - instead of saying - we don't have this item - you consistently make the order - charge my credit card - and, a few days later tell me that you're refunding the purchase because you don't have the item - I will no longer buy from Walmart - I'm not at all satisfied;
