Good for juicing, fruit, high sugar foods
It helps with digestion, eating in the morning. I am someone who has a high protein diet but with my diet balance I have trouble managing my sugars. I personally think this is a good thing to add to a nutrition stack in the morning time when you are eating fruit, juicing. I personally depend on eating sugar filled foods in the morning time and this helps me feel awake, healthier and balanced.

As a senior in age,I use it with my herbal natural progesterone post menopause cream,as a natural substitute for testosterone by taking only 25mg daily or as needed. And helps with good overall energy and tone in a mild way;I have to add good diet and exercise for healthy energy.
