This Folate is excellent especially for the price. Everyone is different and do are your specific needs. I would highly recommend if you see improvement this is for you, if you don't see improvement give it some more time or try something. Keep looking until you find what your body needs

Better than buying it just as folic acid
this was prescribed for my husband after seeing a blood specialist and buying this has made a big difference in his blood work for what he was lacking in his diet and in his blood.

I ordered this spring valley folate, but they delivered a cup of milk to me. Something wrong with this Walmart. I'm paying $12 ish membership and you still want me to tip drivers?
