This B12 shot really helped me get through third shift without feeling jittery, and I don't get that hard crash later. It gives me a steady boost and helps me stay focused. I've also used it before the gym and it helps me push through a workout with enough energy to stay on track.
I have to have a bottle of Stacker B12 everyday ..if not I can literally feel the lack of energy. If I do need 2 in one day it's not a bad thing. I read if you take a lot of B12 it isn't a problem because your body exerts it through your pee. Buying the 6 pack at Walmart seems to be cheapest way to buy. You can buy 6 for under a $1 apiece.
Nice pick me up without the jitters of too much coffee or energy drinks. Also more of a subtle energy than 5-hour Energy shots, which I appreciate. I take a whole shot (5' 11” - 230) and my wife takes half a shot (5'5” - 130) and it is just right for both of us.
this is my favorite "go to energy" I have Hashimotos hypothyroid and I get so I don't have any energy to get anything done! I take a half a bottle of the B12 and then later that day I take the others half and I can get through the day and stay busy! it's a definite must have for me!
It's a good product. And a good price. Highly effective too! But I only use it when needed. Therefore, not recommended for daily use. It's good to keep around, though. Don't forget to get some chill pills. This will keep you awake if you take too late.
I had gastric bypass surgery and it's very easy to drink this vitamin/energy drink. I just wish you guys didn't go up on the price. There's another store that sells it in a larger quantity for less when you consider the full price.
Great for a little boost without any jitters. Anemic folk, especially those that has had any weight loss surgeries should give this a try! 1 per day, More than that is unnecessary!
While it tasted great and was easy to use, it was entirely ineffective. With its claims of very high B12 and some caffeine, I expected this to be effective in at least some way - more energy, less tiredness, anything. But no. It has had no effect at all. Other products, like Nos Sugar Free Energy Drink has far better effects and results - within half an hour, I can feel the effects of that, but Stacker 2 B12 Energy Shot might as well be flavored water and nothing more.
The last 4 times I have had to throw away some of the bottles, they are sealed but when I open the bottle there is black liquid around the top. looks like wet mildew.
Box after box of this b12 shot has mold/black chunky residue around lid. A brownish pink color. Ive used this product over 15 yrs for b12 deficiency. Gonna have to find another energy b12 source. Something changed in the last year and half. Called company. Said should be refrigerated. Does not say that on label nor is it in the store refrigerated
