I like this product. I take 2 every morning on a empty stomach. I notice my appetite changing along with my water areobic for the better. It takes time.

If you like, gummy bears with a little bite to them. But as far as a supplement, I didn't see any difference.

I enjoyed the Apple Cider Vinegar gummies way more than I thought I would. The taste was way more enjoyable than the smell. It says in the directions to take 2 after breakfast and lunch. I wasn't sure if that was altogether total or total for each time. So, I have been doing two each time. These do okay suppressing my appetite. Therefore, I can't give the best in score.

I've been taking these faithfully for almost 2 months. The only thing that I say they've done for me is to mentally stay on low carb eating. I've lost weight but, I'm losing weight at the same rate I did when I did keto without taking the pills. Don't waste your $.
