Vertical ridges in your fingernails
I have been using this product for a little over a week, my fingernails were so rigid meaning vertical ridges now they've almost completely disappeared. Very impressed with this product.

take control of your health!
I used to take B12 vitamins only and it never did anything for me. I was always tired and anemic. A couple of months ago I looked at my blood work report, and saw I was also low in folic acid. I started taking this dissolvable and I feel a big difference,
