Helpful for night leg cramps
I am prone to getting leg cramps in the middle of the night. Either a lack of potassium or magnesium. These tablets cover both. My leg cramps have greatly reduced while taking this.

On july 02 and july 03 you charged my credit card $49.21. I think the second charge was a duplicate charge charge and would like a credit for the July 03 charge

you said they are capsules they are gel caps there is a big difference I can't take gel caps so I had to throw them away thanks a lot
