good value
Everything about the product and service from Swanson Health Products is excellent with one exception: the tablet could take less effort to chew. Tablet is hard unless you keep it in your mouth to soften before starting to chew. I have my own teeth which aren't as strong as they used to be when it comes to biting and chewing.

I like that it is chewable for easier absorption . The tablet has zinc and a larger dose of D3. I don't like the chalkiness when I chew it but I like of the minerals.

convenient chewable
I don't do well with swallowing large tablets. This chewable is delicious and contains a great supply of C, D and minerals. The cost was very reasonable also.
