Not very good for relaxing

Seems to not work for me
This doesn't seem to want to work for me. Yes I realize that this is "prolonged release" so it's hard to gauge it's true effectiveness. All I know is that after 30 to 45 minutes (as most Melatonin products do), I'm not more sleepy at all using this product. Maybe this takes effect 2,3,4 or more hours after laying down, but can't say for sure.
