3-D Pro Blends Finch Lovers Wild Bird Food, Blend of Wild Bird Seeds, 5 Pounds

My finches and wild birds favorite food! I fill up my bird feeder and throw some on the ground, and they gobbled it all right up. It's a great mix with the thistle seed and sunflower chips. It attracted a lot of doves as well as junco and towhees. Very happy with this product.

I was concerned about changing my finch's food since I couldn't find what I had been using any the birds can be a little particular. However, they took to this blend after it had been out one day and I think told all the finches within 5 miles because we have so many at the feeder now.

My golden finches here in ky love this feed. It's so expensive, I mix it in with cheaper food to help it go farther. Also mix in with sunflower chips. They love those two the best. I have a neighbor that has more income than me and he feeds his finch, this straight finch lovers food. He has all the pretty birds until he runs out and has to get more to call them back. Then more of them stray over here for the good stuff. They are so smart though, I see them going through mine, and throwing some they don't like out on the ground. They are smart besides being pretty!

Full disclosure, I didn't buy this for the finches... my chickens LOVE it! The added vitamins in the seeds make their yolks so brilliantly yellow it is amazing! I think for the size of the package it is a really good value, and can be used for all bird kind!

First off, I like how the bag isn't huge weighing 20 pounds. The 5lbs is just perfect for adding to my bird feeders. I like how the seeds are smaller for the smaller finches and other birds. The larger seeds in other feed make it harder for my small birds to enjoy.

This seed mix has sunflower kernels, great size for our little finches. Also contains a lot of vitamins these guys need. I don't see a lot of filler junk like in so many discount seed bags. Seed also looks and smells fresh, no bugs or webbing from bugs. I'm very excited to see how the birds react to this new seed.

I am so excited to see all my nee birds that come after me putting my bird seed out. The seed is small, multicolored and perfect for all my summer finches. The fresh nutty smell tells me that this seed was packaged fresh and that my birds will enjoy it. The multitude of different seeds within the bag is also great because it gives my bird friends options. This is one value of a bag.

I've tried Nyjer seed before and it would get wet and make a mess, or blow away easier than other seeds. This blend appears to be a hit with more than finches. I have a divided feeder that allows for two different types of seeds to be used in it. The sunflower chips are easy for the smaller birds to enjoy, We have the house finch, purple finch and goldfinch, but others including the oriole, scarlet tanager, titmouse, wren, chickadee and pine siskin all gather for this finch lovers feed. Although they are a bit too large for the feeder, the cardinals, blue jay and smaller woodpeckers are eating this too. It is very clean- no shells, husks or mess on the deck. It costs just a tiny bit more, but it's not full of filler seeds they don't eat like the millet. The cleaned prepped mix is worth the difference. This will be a new regular for our feathery friends.

Some of the items ordered were not there, this is the second time in a row this has happened. Also I'm frustrated with people parking in pick up who go shopping in the store. They don't do pick up but want a close parking spot. Very frustrated at this point. Last week I counted 7 spaces where there was no one in their car. I had a hard time finding a place to park for my order.
