really neat! My Dad loves it. It only connects to 2.4hz Wi-Fi so he had to call the internet company to "separate" the Wi-Fis. The wooden feeder came unfinished so he also had to clear coat it. I am planning on getting some more cameras to install near other feeders and in birdhouses so we can access them all from the Birdfy app.

I purchased this for my teen granddaughter who is fascinated with Animals. She loves bird watching so I see this and got for Christmas. She loved it and now she can identify the birds in her area. This sends the picture to her phone and then tells her about each bird that lands. Great gift.

I love it. This Bird feeder with the camera is amazing at the least. I sent videos to my family and friends and they also said it was clear. Thank you.

I love the new bird feeder. I bought it for my wife as a Christmas present. She is thoroughly enjoying the pictures and live video feed of all the different birds coming to the feeder. I am disappointed that there is no free or discounted access to the bird subscription for the catalog of different birds identified.

Wow, this bird feeder was a gift for a father in law and didn't last more than a month. Initially, everything was great. But as soon as the first squirrel tried eating from it, it broke. Like the wood fell off and they got through the camera wiring. For as expensive as this was, and for as regularly squirrels visit bird feeders, it should have been made with higher grade materials.

We would have loved this, but unfortunately after lots of research and attempts it would not work. We got to a customer service person right away, but they had no new suggestions. Even though, everything on our end with technology was compatible- we could not get it to pair. Therefore, no camera action without this, and we will have to return. So disappointing- the look and features were just what we wanted!

I purchased both the birdhouse and the birdfeeder. The house and the birdfeeder camera will not connect to my Wi-Fi? I went through several steps of customer service and a lot of steps here at home to connect it and it still wouldn't connect. I bought a ring camera that connected instantaneously so I know it's not my Wi-Fi. Buyer beware

This camera was a disappointment from day one. The paint started cracking almost immediately. It constantly sends motion alerts even when nothing is happening—even when sealed in a dark box. But ironically, if you adjust the sensitivity to reduce false alarms, it stops detecting actual birds altogether. The video quality is low, with no way to improve it, and the stream cuts off automatically after 4 hours. To top it off, Walmart won’t accept returns by mail—you’re forced to go in-store. And when I contacted Birdfy support, they were dismissive and unhelpful. Save your time, money, and sanity. Look elsewhere.

The description says AI identify 6000 species, yet when attempted to redeem coupons for Moment Video Recording and Bird Recognition, message comes up that says, "Sorry you can't subrscibe in the iOS app

this item operates on a 2G net work and everything I have is 5G I couldn't get it to connect to the app on my phone so I paid for it and it doesn't work.
