Pennington Feeding Frenzy Woodpecker Nut & Fruit Double Nut Blend Wild Bird Food, 5 Pounds

I have bought this many times now and the birds seem to love it along with the squirrels. It goes faster then my other bird seeds due to the birds liking it much more. But I have had cardinals, finches, nuthatches, woodpeckers, chickadees, and everything else come and eat it.

I have gotten so many birds since I put this out! The woodpeckers are especially fun to watch.😂 There are so many different birds that love this feeder. With these crazy temperatures, up and down I will feed them well into the spring season. Thank you for such a great product.😊

Attracts a large number of different types of birds. Be aware, however, squirrels like it too. So, if you don't want to be feeding the squirrels (they go through the seed within days of putting it out), purchase a squirrel-proof feeder - or take other steps to keep them away.

We love Pennington brand! With such a wide variety of seed for any critter, you can't go wrong trusting this well loved brand. We love to fill our feeders every few days. Not only are we feeding our neighborhood birds %26 squirrels, they offer a little entertainment for any animal lover. The birds love this seed variety, I find very little wasted into the ground. While this mix is far cheaper than the comparable product from Lyric, there's a reason. Although advertised as a "fruit %26 nut" blend (with cherries listed as the fruit), I could find NO CHERRIES AT ALL in the bag. I will buy this again b/c of the price but wish the mfr. would be honest.

The birds love this, cardinals, chickadees, woodpeckers, wrens, nuthatches, the usual gang. sometimes even bluebirds. I even had pileated woodpeckers visiting a mini something or other feeder of it. squirrel buster mini that's it. pileated visiting for this and the double nut. !! now the other woodpeckers, the redbellied and the downy and it's twin, they'll visit frequently no matter the mix. onlt caveat is raisins which I worry about the dogs getting, and the cherries are large and they will block up the feeder ports and I'll have to go umblock it a good bit. I try tearing them up but it still happens. I figure the birds are worth it 👌

this was not the one I ordered and they didn't even tell me they were substituting it . I only have 3 woodpeckers but hundreds of cardinals blue jays robins etc it's mostly corn and sunflower seeds 3 peanuts and fruit? I didn't see much, they have a whole field of corn here so they are not at all impressed I don't have a car so I can't take it back. I'm on a fixed income so can't afford to get more and I can't trust them to get it right anymore.

The Pennington feeding frenzy nut %26 fruit is the worst nut %26 fruit mix I have ever purchased. The majority of the seed is sunflower (which is the 1st ingredient listed) %26 peanuts (2nd ingredient listed) The mix is supposed to have mixed nuts- there are a few almonds, no walnuts or pecans( pictured on the front of the bag) raisins %26 cherries basically none!!(last 2 ingredients listed) I will never purchase this again.

Cheap mixture of nuts and hardly any fruit. My birds empty my feeders every day and this food has been sitting in the feeders for 2 days. Don't waste your money. The food that they replaced this with was 10x's better.

False advertising! It doesn't list millet and it has a lot of it. I was looking for a bird seed with no millet as the birds don't eat it and it grows weeds. This did not list it but it is definitely there. 0 stars
