(3 pack) bettergoods Mushroom Umami Seasoning, 2.7 oz

This was my first time buying Bettergoods brand mushroom seasoning and oh my, it's so good! It adds an umami flavor to rice, pasta, and vegetable dishes. It's especially good when sprinkled on any cooked mushroom dishes for added flavor. The mushroom seasoning has salt and black pepper added so you don't need to add additional salt to your dishes. Will definitely buy again as long as Walmart carries this mushroom seasoning.

This Bettergoods mushroom seasoning is crazy good. It elevates any food to a whole new level. I first tried it on eggs, then chicken and vegetables. It's delicious in rice and noodles. I hope they decide to make this seasoning in a much larger container. I can see myself using this every day along side bouillon and salt free seasoning. It's a must have in my pantry!

Umami Seasoning is an interesting thing. Kind of more of an after-taste in some cases. Works in Asian inspired things like rice or ramen. I try it on things just to see if it works or not. It's hit or miss and all up to the folks eating what you put it into. It's not like adding say salt or garlic. Being more like black pepper in a sauce, that seems to change it just a bit. Because loads of pepper can change it too far if you use over much.

I've gone through two bottles of this seasoning in about a year! I add it to so many different foods, and it's always a great addition to whatever meal I'm making (not even strictly asian cuisine). It's got a little bit of a spice kick to it, too, which I love. It's a perfect blend of salty, umami, and spice. Yum.

This mushroom seasoning is better quality than trader Joe's and has a deep flavor. A little goes a long way so use it sparingly according to your taste buds. Trader Joe's is much milder than this one.

This is my new favorite kitchen staple when it comes to seasoning. Amazing flavor with a hint of heat, we put it on everything and have never been disappointed. I literally put it in boiled peanuts. 😂 AMAZING!!!!

ive never in my life tried mushrooms but this sounded great so i got it. i use it to season my chicken before tossing it in thw cast iron and wow .... i love it. 10/10

Love it - outstanding flavor that adds a nice depth to your dishes. Comes in a nice glass bottle that you can re-use by just cutting off the label - no glue! A wonderful value and I hope to always have this in my spice array from now on.

I use this spice on almost every thing I cook. It has the perfect blend ,I love the cayenne and mushroom.I use it on rice dishes and roasted corn.I have 3 bottles in my pantry now.

This is awful. It's made of cheap and completely flavorless mushrooms. It takes like salt and hot pepper. It's going directly into the trash. From my experience Walmart's bettergoods brand is anything but better. It may be even worse than Great Value.
