Worked well for me.
Started using right away and could feel and see the difference in my ankles. Don't cause me to make emergency runs to the bathroom, but are gentle. Glad I bought them

Didn't work for me, but I think i know why
So, this stuff didn't really work for me, and I did some research to find out why. The active ingredient in Diurex caffeine free is pamabrom. Although it is not a CNS stimulant, it is in the same class of medications as caffeine, known as xanthines, and it works on the kidney the same way as caffeine. Since I am a coffee addict, and have gotten over the diuretic effect of caffeine, I think (my opinion only, not fact) that is why Diurex didn't do anything for me....
