This stuff works. It's fiber so you know what it does. And it does exactly what it's supposed to. LOL! It's tasteless and dissolve s well. I can't even tell that it's been added to my drink. It's works great in my morning coffee or plain water. It's worth a try in my opinion. It works for me.

I thought I would just have to deal with occasional irregularly, constipation and bloating. A friend suggested this and I'm appreciative for it. All the issues mentioned have been resolved and my gut health feels to have resorted back to younger years. I didn't expect it to be soooo effective to the point of complete correction.

This kind of fiber called dextrin, seems to be a little more effective than the orange flavored psyllium husk type of fiber. It honestly has no taste. Easy to sprinkle on your food or even in plain ole' water...which I do a lot. A little bit on the expensive side, tho', in my opinion.

Benefiber is too expensive. I tried this and there's no noticeable difference. It dissolves in my morning coffee or a glass of juice equally well. There is no taste or texture change to my beverage. Easy on the tummy and no gas or bloating whatso ever.

This product works great and has no taste at all! Your water will taste the same and it does not thicken it either. I like to take it after or before a meal and it has really helped. I am on GLP-1 and have had a hard time keeping my bowels moving, but drinking more water and taking this product seems to do the trick!

First of all I must say that I have noticed absolutely no difference between the name brand and the Equate Sugar Free Fiber Supplement, other than a big price difference! This fiber supplement can be mixed with anything: water, cranberry or apple (orange or any type) of juice. Sometimes I mix it up, making it like a spritzer: apple juice and a little Mountan Dew or cranberry juice with Mountain Dew (or Sprite or?!) is very good tasting! I like very cold drinks, so I always drop in ice cubes. You can definitely drink it in hot beverages as well, such as hot tea or coffee, etc The fiber has absolutely zero, no taste at all. There is just nothing like trying to drink something that has globs in it! Yuck! When mixed up, this fiber supplement turns perfectly clear, love that also. Honestly only a couple of stirs and it settles into clear liquid state a lot faster than I would have expected. Fiber supplements are great for your gut health. This definitely helps curb the munchies. I didn't even realize it at first, I just didn't feel hungry in between meals, at all! And the best side effect is that it's keeps me "regular!" I cannot recommend Equate Sugar Free Fiber Supplement enough!!

1 star knocked due to price. If compared to the name brand though, it is way cheaper. Just seems so much $ for fiber. Regardless, it is the same exact ingredients as the costly benefiber, so switch to GV. Sugar free, tastes like nothing and easy to mix! Helps with healthy digestion.

If you want a clear powder to mix into anything except plain water, this is for you. Warning- it may have no flavor but it is not tasteless. To me, it kind of tastes like bleach. It was not enjoyable. I think sugar free orange metamucil works better for me. Also, it didn't mix well at all.

I'm only giving it two stars because it does dissolve well and it's tasteless. other than that I hate it. If I drink too little for the day it makes my tummy feel full of pressure almost like a balloon that's gonna pop. It's painful and I just get the urge to go to the bathroom but it doesn't actually produce.. but if I drink the daily recommended amount I have diarrhea. No in between. will be going back to benefiber.

I am housebound by infirmity, so going out for shopping is an unpleasant and expensive process for me, Walmart's willingness to ship it to my doorstep is a major selling point for most of the stuff I buy from you. I understand why some items aren't practical to ship, but I am mystified by your unwillingness to ship this product. I order this sufficiently often that you are forcing me to shop for an alternative source of dextrin fiber from another vendor who is located closer to me and/or will ship. Why won't you ship this product?
