(3 pack) Lily's Dark Chocolate Style No Sugar Added, Baking Bar, 4 oz

I don't know why they refer to this as a "baking bar". It's exactly the level of sweet/bitter that I want in a dark chocolate. And it is a little bit sweet--it's not like the intensely bitter baking chocolate that you can't realistically eat straight out of the wrapper. I ate a half a bar (four squares) one time in the morning right after I woke up, so on an empty stomach, and I did experience the jitters of a sugar overload. I'm not sure how much it affects my glycemic index if I stick to a single square or two.

It might be a bit expensive but this is really delicious chocolate and has excellent consistency. Low sugar for those trying to limit it. It melts nicely, too. Great choice for your chocolate fix.

A baking bar that tastes so great that I couldn't wait for the baking part. I had a piece every day until it was gobbled up- I love it. I think chocolate prices are incredible but if I want dark chocolate style, this is my choice.

I love this chocolate! I am trying not to finish it. I love the fact that it is a total of 0 net carbs. So I can have a piece or 2 a day on my keto diet. I dont know much about erythritol, but I can deduct them from the carbs and allows me to eat it. It is super tasty and smooth. I do wish they had a darker version. I will definitely buy this again and all the other chocolate bars by Lily's

Not good in baked items. I like dark chocolate with a hint of sweetness, but there wasn't even the slightest sweet taste at all to me. It was not good in oatmeal raisin cookies I was making. I ate a piece plain, and it does not do anything... not pleasing at all
