Th main front label did not indicate it has another ingredient L-Citrulline 250mg so the L-Arginine amount is only 750 mg. The L Citrulline is for after exercise making it unclear if the tablet is safe or effective if taking it without exercising. The taste is bitter but not a deal breaker. I noticed no energy or blood pressure difference.

i tried this brand for the first time. Im not sure why, I feel no effect after taking. Ive been taking this supplement for several months. I can tell. I even took some of my previous supply, it still works just as good. This brand just doesn't affect my body.
