The probiotic capsule is soft and dissolves quickly. It comes in individual push-out packages (which we seniors get frustrated with!). I think it will probably work better than others I've tried because of its quick dissolvability. I need these because I've been having to take antibiotics a lot for UTIs. Antibiotics kills beneficial bacteria too and needs to be replaced as the beneficial bacteria living in your intestines is a part of your immune system.

I used to have problems going to the bathroom. Since I've been on these probiotics my problems with my bowel has lessened. My urologist told me to get on probiotics and cranberry supplements and I haven't had any more UTI infections! What a way to go!

Easy to take and it helps with my stomach issues. Since starting this probiotic 3 years ago, I have only been sick 1 time. I used to get sick pretty regular every year. I really do believe that this probiotic really helps with immunity.

The probiotic capsules work well to regulate my gut. I have no gall bladder so things can get a little out a tune, but it's gotten much much better since I started taking these. My gut is much more predictable and less easily irritated now, and I even feel like my energy is a little better. I had my doubts about these making any difference at all, but I will probably try to incorporate probiotics always after how well these have helped me. Good product.

Small and easy to swallow these little probiotics get things moving along. I read that poo should be about the consistency of an overripe banana - and while I've never actually attempted to pick up one of the waste products from the toilet, they certainly seem to fit that description on the way out! No more straining or spending time on the pot scrolling through fb till my legs go numb while trying to go - now it's all “wham bam thank you ma'am” and I'm on my way! Probiotics make it possible.

I like that this product provides a variety of probiotics. This helps balance the digestive system better than products that provide only 1 or 2 different probiotics. Also it seems to have helped me overcome sugar cravings after I cut my sugar intake by outnumbering the bad bacteria with good probiotics.

I just received this product so I can't yet attest to its effectiveness. I will know more after a few weeks. Thus the four stars. This should be a very good intro product to gut health as it has several strains and at least 10 billion CFUs. The convenience of home delivery was great,

I usually use a different brand of probiotic but the doctor says it's good to switch them up from time to time. These caused a LOT of flatulence, much more than the occasional gas my usual probiotic causes. Also caused a looser than normal stool. Your results may differ greatly from mine but be cautious.

this is NOT what i ordered. i want the Spring Valley ProBiotics for women over 50. with the Inulin pro biotic. . this is not what was delivered. please come get it.

There was no attempted delivery. I have been home all day. Usually they leave the package on the porch anyway why wasn't they? Why didn't they leave it on the porch since they did knock on the door or ring the doorbell and I have been home all day I still need it.
