these melatonin past dissolving tablets are awesome. when I can't go to sleep I need a little help at least 5 mg melatonin or what I reach for. as the label says they are quick solving and quit acting. before you know it you'll be asleep. highly recommend

I love this product. The taste is very good with no icky after taste. It melts in your mouth quickly or you can chew it! It takes effect quickly, too!

The problem I had with this order was the shopper chose to bring me the 5mg when I ordered the 10mg which were on sale and specifically said DO NOT SUBSTITUTE. I paid almost as much for the 5mg bottle as the 10mg ones cost that were on sale really cheap. The shopper/driver claimed they will always provide a substitute if the item is out of stock even if you tell them not to. That is not true and I was issued a full refund as well as rescinded the tip for lying to me since it was the only item in my order and it should have been cancelled, not substituted with something half as good. Needless to say I have to use 2 instead of 1 to equal the 10mg needed

This use to be the best melatonin product. it had a subtle but sweet taste and dissolved relatively quickly. I recommended it to everyone. my most recent purshase shocked me because now it tastes like TRASH and takes forever to dissolve. So, not only does it taste bad, but because it takes forever to dissolve you have to sit with it in your mouth for eternity tasting like a tide pod.

I have been using this exact brand of melatonin for years. It worked well, tasted great, and helped me fall asleep and stay asleep. The bottle I just received is completely different—the ingredients list has changed, and so have the taste and the texture. What used to be a slightly sweet, easily dissolved strawberry tablet has become a mushy, horribly flavored paste-like tab. The new version is garbage, and I will be looking for an alternative immediately.

I've been using this product for years without issue, but just recently, it looks like they've changed the formula for the tablets. I have the old version's bottle and compared the ingredients - it's completely different. Not only does it taste worse (artificial sweetener warmth when dissolving weird aftertaste), but it doesn't seem to work. The old formula used to regulate my sleep so I could fall asleep quickly and stay asleep. Now I keep waking up in the middle of the night for no reason, and I don't feel tired after taking them. I'm not even sure if this product is legitimate. They've even gotten rid of the cotton ball that used to be in the bottle. I'm not sure if Spring Valley made these changes to cut costs, but they have completely ruined the effectiveness of this product. I miss the sleep I used to get with the older formula. I'm requesting a refund and switching to another brand.
