This stuff actually works. For sleep. For me. It's not a miracle pill that works overnight, but it is a miracle pill. when I get close to a time of month where I typically wake up in the wee hours of the morning and am wide awake, taking this daily seems to do an excellent job of reducing and even elimination those wakings. Don't give up if it doesn't work for the first could of days. Keep taking the recommended dose. This magnesium is easily absorbed, and I notice a real difference. I've been using this for years.

I read somewhere that Magnesium help with sleep about a year ago. I never tried it until Nov 3 2025. well, believe me it helps I take it with Valerian Root.im so glad I decided to try it.In the container it says to take it every day. it should say to take it before bed. I highly recommend trying it. if the amount you take the first night doesn't help then the next night add one more.

I don't take this daily as I've read that taking magnesium regularly should be done according to blood test results showing deficiency. I take it as needed when my leg muscles start trying to cramp after stretching and exercise. It works so well for me and works quickly. I started using this form and brand about a year ago and just purchased several bottles. It's my go-to for relief now. Great price as well.

This magnesium complex is very good and has the recommended amount that I needed which is 200 mg. I saw immediate results in 3 days and will purchase again. Thanks Walmart.

I often have problems falling asleep and staying asleep. This magnesium product helps me with both. I fall asleep quickly and sleep through the night most nights. I would not be without it, otherwise I would probably not get enough sleep.

this product is a mixture of magnesium glycinate and magnesium oxcide....2 different magnsiums in very tiny print. 200 mg, is not 200 mg of magnesium glycinate and does not specify doses of each type

I was initially elated and so grateful because of the price and quality.But the ingredients are not what it says on line. There is also silicon dioxide and calcium stearate. Super disappointed with Walmart. Be well.
