I really like the easy open screw on top. So many vitamin and supplement bottles are difficult for my old hands to open. I recently started using Bromelain so it will take some time to really know the long term benefits of daily usage. I need all the help available for digestion and joint improved health. I am glad there is no gluten/wheat, soy or other ingredients that my immune system can no longer tolerate.

I have been told for years that pineapple aids digestion. Since I have a little problem in that area, I try to eat pineapple a few times a week. But I don't like pineapple. The Vitamatic Bromelain 2400 GDU/g 500 mg 180 Capsules supplement allows me to get my daily intake of pineapple without actually having to eat it. The capsules are easy to swallow and there is not a hint of pineapple aftertaste. I take one after dinner. As far as effectiveness goes, it's difficult to say just how effective any supplement is since there are so many other factors involved. But I have been feeling well since I've been taking this so I'm happy with the results so far and will continue to take it.

I'm not sure if it's going to work. I usually use NOW vitamins bromelain. This Vitamatic doesn't seem to have the same anti-inflammatory effect so far. Also, there is a taste with the capsules like it's just dried pineapple and not necessarily bromelain which comes from other parts of the pineapple and not the fruit itself. I may bring it back.

I so wanted these to help with the joints and pains of arthritis. I really don't feel they did that for me as I had hoped. I didn't notice much change at all. However, they are very easy and a nice size to swallow. I like the fact they are manufactured using all-natural-based ingredients and are not going to harm your body. Each person's body make-up is different and I would not hesitate to try them. They do seem to have helped others reading reviews.

I have a lot of pain with my RA and Osteoarthritis. I have taken this for two weeks and found no change. Maybe I was expecting too much. I have sinus problems from allergies as well, but it wasn't helpful with that either. A doctor had given me bromelain years back after surgery. They were tiny pills that dissolved and tasted good. These capsules have a fishy smell.
