This is the greatest contact cement. I used this cement many years ago. Great then, still fantastic. It bonds on contact, No clamping necessary. When you have a surface at various levels, you can't clamp. Photo shows rubber seal installed on interior of auto fender.
Got this to work with EVA foam and create a cosplay mask for the 1st time. The brush applicator made it easy to brush on right where I needed it. The only draw back is the smell and the sticky mess around the lid but it's glue so that is to be expected. Otherwise this worked GREAT for me.
am excellent product that is strong and works well. once opened, it begins to dry out in its container, so it can be an expensive fix for a single use
Make sure everything is properly aligned before placing items together, there is little to no adjustment time with this product. We applied a layer of 3/16" 4 by 8 hard board over a section of wall to prevent gouges from office chairs. The window opening and a recepticle opening made this a precision task. The end result is very good. I am pleased with this product.
This worked well for putting the insoles back in a pair of new water shoes (the insoles both came out the first time I wore them). Its important to follow the directions-- ie, let it set for a few minutes before joining the pieces together but also, let it cure/dry *completely* before using the item. In my case, it was nearly 2 days before it was fully dried. I could tell when it was ready because the glue odor left. I've now worn the shoes three times for an extended period of time in the pool- jumping, running, etc, without any trouble. Good stuff!
This is a tried and true method of gluing separated soles on shoes. I have never had show glued work, but contact cement usually does. Make sure you follow directions! Put glue on both surfaces and let it dry before you bring them together. Line up carefully as you must get it right on the first try. Put it under a couch leg or something heavy and let it set up for a few hours
Sticks like crazy !!! just make sure you follow directions, especially the waiting time or it will peel off.
This stuff is awesome. I glued it on my phone to keep my magnet in place. This stuff is amazing once you touch something to it. It is stuck.
We bought a used camper that has a couple cracks in the linoleum and it was curling up. We used this product to glue down the edges, it's holding great so far!! Very pleased
Contact cement that doesnt stay in contact. Look....Im a crafter and know how to use contact cement. This one did a terrible job. I wouldnt recommend it at all!
