(4 pack) Great Value Thick and Chunky Hot Salsa, 16 oz

Love it. Just the right level of chunky and smooth. Not very hot to me, but has a good taste. Just wish the size didn't shrink a few years back. Still one of the better priced salsas, but not nearly as good a deal as it once was when it came in the much larger jars.

I use to buy Van De Wally picante sauce. I have not been able to locate this item. I called the number and the company that makes Great Value. They use to produce the Van De Wally brand. rince repeat ok these are perfect I used to only trust branded salsa, but I bought these two hot and picante, was able to try these yesterday over beans and rice dish, (I'm not Spanish) but yes this was a great topping to give it that but more zest

This salsa has the right amount of flavor and spice . I use it for my nachos , burritos , and tacos .. sometimes I do like to get the chips that are restaurant style and eat it with those . They are made by great value as well !! This is a must have !! My next thing I wanna try with this is. A taco soup as a topper !!

This is an excellent Salsa for the Price. I have enjoyed many different Salsas and this one cannot be beaten for the price and taste. I'm stocking up on this Salsa. Anyone who likes Hot Salsa should stock several jars in their pantry. It's great on eggs, Nachos, Tacos and baked potatoes.

Good bang for da buck! This picante sauce is AWESOME! Being a Texas girl, it's hard to go against Pace, the original, but I gotta give Great Value their due. Well worth trying, be surprised if you don't like it. Chuncks, flavor %26 heat are ALL the BEST!

GV Thick and Chunky Hot Salsa is so good in recipes, dips, casseroles, soups, sandwiches, to name a few and is reasonably priced.is low fat, not too much.sodium, and has a good spicy kick that brings out the flavors in my cooking. Excellent on Spanish and Mexican recipes.

This salsa is thick, chunky, and packed with flavor. It has just the right amount of heat to make it hot. if you don't like hot, try medium or mild but this will wake up whatever you put it on or in. It's as good or better than any of the name brand salsas and at a fraction of the price so you can use as much as you like.

Had an issue with two jars not being sealed properly, but it was taken care of beyond quickly and easily. The salsa itself is really good. Some are just a tad sour but a pack of Splenda for a whole jar gives it a perfect flavor. Some jars don't need it. I have purchased many jars. Probably 15 or so. Nice heat but not too hot.

I ordered this and didn't think of checking to see if the top was ok. Until I was going to use it, it was clear that the top had already popped and the side of the bottle had old sauce around it.
