Love It
I'm not a baker at all, but this flour makes baking so easy. I just add cold liquids or hot liquids depending on what I'm making most of the time I'm just experiencing with different types of liquids just to see how it turns out. Most of the time it turns out to be edible then I add fruit stuff in it and I made an unknown cake, which be edible. I'm s homemaker baker, at least using this flour.

Great Flour
I always get compliments on my homemade bread and my peach cobbler crusts using Southern Biscuits Self-Rising Flour! My Grandchaps love it!

The flour is a little bit lumpy, but if you use a sifter it's not a big value for money

The problem I have is when you receive the flour the box was damaged and 2 of the 4 bags was bursted. Had flour all in the bottom of the box. The company needs to do better by wrapping it in Bible wrap or something and to box it in a more sturdy box also
