These were an unchosen replacement item. I've never seen yellow beans before. I haven't prepared them yet so can't review flavor.

Horrible Quality
These dried beans were old! The skin on the beans are wrinkled. They should be smooth. Old beans cause more intestinal issues. So freshest is best. The beans were also damaged by machines before packaging. Over half of them are cut in half. Some of the beans are sprouting! They have no harvest date on the package. Good Dried beans and olive oil have harvest dates. The use by date was 2025. It's June 01,2025, so I thought wrongly they'd be good. Ha! So much for trying a new kind of bean. These dried beans are not worth cooking. I am returning them for a refund. I am going to stick with dried beans that put Harvest Dates on the package like Goya and Rancho Gordo. FYI, Manufacturers set their own "best by, expiration or use by" so it doesn't mean much. Horrible quality!
