(6 Pack) Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix, 8.5 oz Box

I love Jiffy cornbread. It tastes just like what I make from scratch. Our local grocery stores were out of it so I was happy to order it from Walmart!

The Jiffy muffin mixes are SO convenient to have on hand. I have the corn, blueberry and raspberry mixes. Theyre reasonably priced and only require 1 egg, which in these quarantine times of not getting out to the stores, is wonderful. Instead of making these in muffin tins, I usually use an 8x8 inch pan. Love these!

I love this corn bread. I not only make the corn bread but I also add it to many recipes. It is a staple in my house. No kitchen should be with out it. When my children grew and went out on their own I gave them a list of staples to never be with out. Jiffy Corn Bread was one of the Items on that list.

These were a good deal when stores ran out during Covid crisis. Shipped fast too! Keep them in freezer to prevent weevils from ruining the mix.

This is a delicious mix. I don't even bother making cornbread from scratch anymore. There are so many variations that can be done with this and that's nice to change up menus during this quarantine especially

I love the product. The problem is I have received the product twice with only 29 days or less. left till product expires. The jiffy company said if the expiration date is 8/9/2021 on the box then the product left jiffy co. on. 8/10/2020 and Walmart must have had it in their warehouse to long before distributing to stores for customers to buy. Was unable to find Walmart policy for expired date product removal. Maybe they wait till the last expiration day on product before removing from shelves. Like somebody really keeps track of products expiration dates at Walmart. Also beware of cereal and other products you order online.

If you're like me and not big on cooking, this is a great product for you! Just dump it in a bowl, add 2 beaten eggs and water or milk (whichever you prefer, I prefer making it with milk) and then pour it into a baking pan. After that, 15 or so minutes in the oven and you have great tasting corn bread. It couldn't be easier!

I am happy with the Jiffy! Just was not happy with the delivery. My package was dropped off at the sidewalk by the garbage cans. A nice neighbor happen to see it and brought it to me. Everyone has always put package by my front door, so please do that in the future. Walmart delivery is alway great. This was an unknown deliver company. Thank You!

my cornbread order from fed x witchta Falls,Tx. was delivered to the wrong address yesterday. when it showed from walmart that it was delivered my son rode around the street and found it on another address same street but %2312 instead of %2318. just FYI TO YOU.
