These are the FINEST QUALITY sardines I have ever consumed. No heads, skin, guts, bones, fins or tails. I think the ones with bones might be healthier; but, not as apetizing.

I got the six pack. They shipped really fast. They taste extremely fresh. No frills. The sardines are meaty and I have used them for snack snacks, and not savory plates so far.

I will continue to buy these sardines in Olive. They are high in Omega 3 fatty acids, high in Vitamin D . . . . . tastes great in a leafy salad or on crackers. Great price also.

I thought all Sardines taste pretty much the same, but these don't. I usually buy boneless/skinless sardines in Olive oil. My favorite brand is King Oscar, but they are a little expensive, so I thought to find other brands that are less expensive. The Sea Castle brand I will not buy again. I noticed that the taste is not as tasty that I enjoy with the King Oscar brand, these are blander. Also, not long after I have eaten the Sea Castle sardines I get heartburn. That has never happened to me with sardines before. I stopped buying this brand.
