Haven't tasted it personally, but the cats seem to love it!!!!!
Inside Inside cats and the 16 Feral cats outside love it
9Lives pate cat food makes my cat purr. She loves the flavors and keeps her coming back for more.
my cats are very picjy eaters usually will only eat fancy feast seafood pate. well i got this as a substitute and they inhaled it. I was very shocked because i bought it before and they would not touch it. Do not know why they all of a sudden they are eating it now but im glad.
My kitties love this food. Would like to eventually switch to a better quality brand / food, but this is affordable if you want to do an entirely wet food diet with your cats!
GOOD value @ $0.33 per can, but ingredient list is INCORRECT on 2 of the 3 flavors; see photo(s) attached. I purchased because "Chicken" was listed as the 1st ingredient on 2 of the 3, but when I received them the 1st ingredient was MEAT-BY-PRODUCTS! I'll feed my strays, but only bought this because "Friskies" was sold out at my local store. The "9 Lives" consistency is a bit more loose or watery vs. "Friskies" and the moral to this story is that you get what you pay for! It's better than not having any food on hand at all, but definitely would not be my first choice nor is the quality as good as "Friskies".
I ordered 3 boxes received only 2
The cat food is fine. This is a review of the Walmart and FedEx shipping quality. The original shipping box evidently got very wet as the three boxes of canned cat food were wet and damaged. FedEx put the contents in a replacement box, as the label area of the original box was cutout and taped to the new box. Was it rain? Was it dirty water? Beats me; no explanation was provided. The cans of car food were dented and beat up, but none of them opened. I order a fair amount of merchandise from Walmart and I can give you two reasons this happened: 1) Walmart does a lousy job of packing stuff. The boxes are flimsy, and the stuff is just thrown in there with very little packing material (and what packing material IS there sucks!). 2) FedEx has turned into the world's WORST shipper. Almost everything I get from them is beat up, though waterlogged is a new low. I have a standing order with Amazon not to ship anything to me via FedEx . . . I wish I could do the same with Walmart. I would buy everything I could from Walmart if they fixed their shipping problem.
My rating score is so low not because of the quality or dissatisfaction of the product itself but because of the packaging the item was received in. None. It came in the original box with a shipping label for all the world to see the item I was receiving. The original box was almost not strong enough to endure the shipping journey to its destination. I was extremely surprised that Walmart would not enclose the item in a box sized appropriately. It was apparent it had been dropped at some point during shipment and a few of the cans were dented but not damaged enough not to use. The other disappointing issue was I prefer not to have items I order known to others. Privacy is important to prevent theft. It could have easily never even made it to me. I have ordered this item before with no issues and have been pleased with shipping and the cost of the product. I will try once more but if it happens again I may consider shopping elsewhere.
Molded and nasty ! Walmart should have the Board of Health inspection! Then they want me to return to store when I told them I don't have a way to do that! Will spread the word about the nasty 🤮 nasty 🤢 disgusting management of my local Walmart 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤮🤢🤢🤮🤢
