Acurite White Digital Indoor Thermometer with Compact Display, Battery-Powered, (1 x 3.75 x 6.25)

I purchased this Digital Thermometer so I could know the temp I n my living space so my air conditioner won't run constantly.It is very accurate and is doing the job I intended. There was one thing that I would have liked added to this thermometer is a back light so I could read it at night in the dark. It is a nice size as it doesn't take up space on my night stand. Even with out the back light I would recommend to everyone.

I live in a very sm building (24' long) I have an oil heater. I put my heater at one end of the 24'. I put a box fan behind the heater, to blow heat down the length of building. I place the temperature gage at the heater, another one about halfway way and another at the other end of the 24 ' home. This helps me regulate my heater. I am 74 years old and I learned in my youth to keep temperature not much over 70 degrees. It keeps germs from growing. So far no colds and no pneumonia. I thank you very much for this temperature gage.

This very small unit sits on a shelf ledge and assures me that I am meeting the state-standard 65 degree temperature reading in the house. Should my tenant complain, I can refer to state law as well as to this tiny gauge. The small size, with large, easily read numbers, makes for a fine product. I liked it so much that I bought a second one for the downstairs area of my home.

A on this one. Quick read, quickly updates changes. Sturdy, water resistant. I used it for chick and duckling brooders and worked great, and it also survived being thrown across the room and bounced off the hardwood floor multiple times by an angry toddler.

This product has been wonderful. The thermostat at my work is in a different part of the building. I use it at work to monitor the temperature and reach out to a coworker if it gets too hot and the temperature needs to be adjusted. The magnetic feature is great. I highly recommend this item.

I already had three of these, for bathroom, spare bedroom, and dining room. It was a no-brainer to get another one of the same kind for the master bedroom! The design of my apartment, and the way the building is sited mean that my rooms tend to be micro-climates and can differ by several degrees from each other. These are inexpensive enough that every room can have its own. This little guy is a simple white, sleek and clean-looking. easy to read, doesn't take much space, and even has a magnet on the back of it. I have found him to be easy on the batteries, and none of them has has any problems. I LOVE THESE!!Wonderful

'cheap' ones are within plus or minus two degree margins. I bought a few thermometers and they all (including this one) were plus or minus two degrees within each other. So, all (including this one) are good.

It was next to impossible to get the cover apart in order to remove the battery protection strip. one side of the plastic seemed to be fused and only after using multiple implements, was I finally able to get the two parts separated. The plastic now looks like a dog chewed on it but at least it works. I've never worked so hard on an item before. I do like the product. It is small and discreet. But that plastic....!!

I bought this based on the measurements included in the title and description. They were listed as 1”x3.75”x6.25”. They actually are 1/2”x2”x2”! Not even close to what was stated! I bought this online, not in the store, so I did not see how small it was before it arrived.

The package had been opened. The device was in the packaging incorrectly. I suspect the item was a return. As the device didn't work. This is not the first time I have had this happen! Previously I ordered a new coffee pot. When I opened the box was a used dirty coffee pot. The pot was the exact same as what I was replacing. It was a free coffee pot from Gevaila coffee! You store personal is just restocking items without checking what is in the boxes! The clerk actually never looked an threw it in the cart to restock! I called her out on her action. Not sure if that was returned to the store shelves and resold? I recently have had many issues with Walmart and requested a callback about my concerns! NO ONE HAS CALLED ME!! My Walmart expires in November depending on how things go I may not be renewing!! Please have a manager or higher up call me asap!
