I was a little Leary of these as it was just a sticky back plastic piece with a little metal strip inside to hold a rod. I had my doubts However, I've been pleasantly surprised at how well this has held up over the past several weeks. It actually holds the shower curtain rod with a double curtain with ease. I've had no issues when gently pulling the curtain back and forth. I did clean and dry the surfacd before placing them on the tile iny shower. So they were on a clean, flat surface. I would absolutely recommend these to friends/family

I live in an apartment complex with tile for the bathroom walls. Drilling for a shower rod was not an option. The unit came with a tension rod which kept falling off, I assumed it was just a bad rod so I purchased a new one. Within a week, it was falling as well. I can only assume, the walls shift or shutter with the a/c unit overhead and a garage unit under as to why they would not stay up. After research, I found these self-adhesive disks and thought it couldn't hurt. They have been a life saver. You can barely see they are there; they don't detract from the room colors since they are clear. The disk is open on the top so you can use them with a variety of rod sizes.

These were just right for me to use in a older house with a tub/shower to hang my back inner liner on a rod with. SO EASY TO USE. Just peel off the backing and stick on. The glue sticks snd holds very well. I let mine sit for 2 days and seal good.

I needed a little extra support for my shower curtain rod and this was perfect. I like that they are clear and they are shaped so that they will work with a wide variety of sized ends. I put them up and realized that it wasn't level, my bad I eyeballed it, and I had such a hard time removing it, this telling me that they are going to hold up well. I did change it out, using a level this time. Works perfect.

Got these to hold up the tension rod in our kitchen window. Every time I would try to pull the curtains open, I would dislodge the tension rod even though it was installed as tightly as it would go. These little rod holders solved the problem. Super easy to install and they hold the rod in place when I pull the curtains open and closed.

I had no problem with assembling just pull plastic and stick and place the rod and that's it, good price..

They hold up very well. Needed them as I have a cat that kept pulling the curtain down. Not anymore.

One star off for the air voids in the glue that holds the cradles to the adhesive plates. These will work well as long as the surface they are applied to is smooth and cleaned with alcohol first. The load pull on these will be straight down, and the spring tension in the pole will tend to help the thing to stay in place.
