Adurance High Altitude Training Mask

I bought it for my dad that does iron man and spartan races and he trains with it all the time. He said it's really hard even on the first setting.

like I especially like the adjustable valve on the mask very high quality!

I owned previously. It's a great product and I expect same usability this time around.

I use it for training in the gym because I need to get ready for a swimming competition in a city with altitude, comfortable.

Fits well and works great! Better than expected! The straps are comfortable on the hear and over the ears - this fit my 13 year old girl just fine, and the universal size surprisingly works for both our heads. Like the adjustability of the breathing restriction. It does get sweaty inside - as expected with a work out. But like that the rubber and plastic parts seem easily washable with soap %26 water, and the fabric part is a quick drying material. Hoping this training use will help us go from sea level to the high altitude competition!

Slightly uncomfortable until you have it on just right, but otherwise meets the purpose! Works great for a workout.

Should have bigger straps

It specifies for men. I am a woman with small face %26 this mask helps with lung issues. Be more beneficial if it came in sm, medium %26 large. Not all faces are the same

I have trained and high altitude before, it does simulate high altitude pressure, but wearing this mask puts too much carbon in the body.

It broke after the first use
