SUCCINCTLY - I think they work because I never forget to take them.

Nothing to complain about it
Well, it arrived and I am taking it. So far so good. I did the flame test with it, and it does seems like it is a lithium compound by the color of the test. So far, nothing bad to say about it

Love the price
120 mg lithium orotate equals 4.6mg elemental lithium. Always read the fine print and do research! I would have saved money on lithium supplements if I had been more thorough I my research in the beginning.

The product is excellent especially because it has replaced I think carbonate what should I take them for quite a few years. However Swanson seems to be a very hard company to deal with in its advertising of this product. It's advertising was confusing, If not actually intentionally misleading.
