I was taking another collagen protein when I switched to this one because it had more strains and it has greatly improved my joint comfort, and my hair and nails are growing stronger than ever. It has no taste so I simply stir a scoop into my morning coffee every day.

I like that it dissolves right away when mix with my coffee in the am., i feel my knees are getting stronger since taking it., I have been taking it for 3 months now. This is my third.

In less than 2 weeks I noticed that my joints weren't as stiff as usual. In less than a month I am able to do squats again when exercising!! Haven't been able for YEARS. For that reason alone I'll keep purchasing. Waiting to see what it does for my hair as far as thickness.

I got it for my joint pain. I am only on my second container, so I can't really tell if it is working. But it is easy to take. I put mine in applesauce, and I love it!

Improved my hair thickness

Had a bad taste.. very hard to mix . I never got it mixed completely. I definitely could tell a difference. I wish they had a different method for it like capsules
