First thing first.... I love the taste!!!! Before taken the Align supplement i was pretty irregular but i notice a big difference after a week of taking it... I think that the Align Chewables Probiotic supplement is great! The strawberry/banana flavor was delightful. Probiotics are a great alternative for individuals on antibiotics but aren't keen to yogurt to replace the good bacteria in the body. It helps keep your body in balance. I live align probiotics already and when it's combined with a yummy chewable flavor makes it even better. They're convenient and easy to use. They don't have to be refrigerated like other probiotics. Immediately I loved the mild fruit flavor. I am lactose intolerant and this product contains milk, yet I had no stomach upset, instead I noticed that after a meal I did not have the rumble I usually get nor the gas since taking this product. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I suffer from IBS the constipation part of it. When i got the opportunity to try this probiotic I was excited. I thought yay something that would help me and make me regular. I started taking them. I took them at night because i did not want them to interfere with my daily duties, just in case they had a quick effect on my body. They are chewable tablets that are strawberry banana which is more banana than strawberry but not horrible tasting. They were bearable. I took them for a few weeks now and have not seen much of a difference in my system. My IBS is pretty severe. I wish that my system was not so messed up because i would definitely take these daily. I am going to continue these to see if i can get my system to sync up to them.

The product packaging is attractive, and the blister packs are easy to open. The taste is not terrible, but they are a little chalky. I do believe Align Probiotic Chewables will work for some, just not for me.

I was so excited to try this and I'm so disappointed that it didn't help my tummy. The taste is good and it's easy to chew. It might not have worked for me, but hopefully someone else might have luck.
