I've done my fair share of research on probiotics, which includes the best time to take a probiotic, all the way to, why the ‘milk test' doesn't really work. Prior to taking probiotics I would often have an upset stomach, infrequent bowel movements, and overall feel like I had low energy. I saw my primary care doctor during an annual physical and he recommended I try a daily probiotic. Fast forward 10 years and here we are. I've been talking Align Women's Dual Action Probiotic for well over a week now and I have noticed a big difference. I'm still mindful of the things I eat, but I have a lot less indigestion. My bowel movements occur more frequently, and afterwards I feel like I have completely taken care of the task at hand. I am really impressed with the Align brand! If you have any tummy troubles, large or small, I urge you to give these a try! Feed your gut the good bacteria. Especially if you've recently been on antibiotics. Your tummy will thank you!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Align Women's Dual Action Probiotic - 28 count - about 3 weeks ago and the change in my stomach health has been amazing. It contains the Bifobacterium that has been recommended by several Doctors to me and now I see why. I have chronic constipation but had had much more regular bowel movements with the Align Probiotic! I've also noticed a marked decrease in night sweats and I haven't been in a bad mood brought on by my lack of hormones. I strongly recommend this product and I will be buying more when this bottle gets low!

Even though I have only been using this for a short period I am really seeing a difference. This seems to be helping my system. The best thing about this being dual action is that it is helping not only my gut but also my feminine health. Being gluten, soy and dairy free is a plus. These are easy to swallow and they have no aftertaste at all. Seems to be of great quality and high value. I plan to continue using and recommending to all my friends and family.

Definitely something I'll buy again and again. There is no random weird after taste either, I've gotten that with others, which is awful.
