Every since I was a teenager, my mom swore by Alka-Seltzer plus, which is still wonderful. I can say I don't care for the orange one, but I swear by Alka-Seltzer plus

It works well. It comes in aspirin form in addition to some other kind of pain reliever, so be aware of that. Its easy to use, I wish it had more flavor to make it easier to drink.

I'm weird with medicine. I can't hardly take cold medicine because it makes me feel panicky or makes me feel funny. I can take this without making me feel weird. I was super sick a few weeks back and this saved me. I didn't have to take anything else with it. The only thing I will take

I know from experience that taking Alka-Seltzer plus cold and flu tablets at the first sign of a cold will practically eliminate it from continuing. However, again side effects must be taken into consideration. Reading labels is mandatory. For example, the label mentions tinnitus as a side effect. I don't think it happens just after taking one dose, I took it several times because I was so sick with the respiratory flu. I developed a bad case of tinnitus. I had to stop taking it. After about three days, the tinnitus or more commonly known as ringing of the ears Did settle down and is practically gone. But it was very uncomfortable. They don't put those warnings on the labels just for nothing read them and be safe.

Good brand name product. But I prefer Equate Effervescent Cold Relief.

Walmart sent me an expired OTC product, please see photo, and unlike Amazon there is no way to initiate a return, i hear Amazon is now doing grocery delivery, i think i will move my business (over $5,000/yr) and gove Amazon a try, you can do a return on Amazon in less than 5min, i have been looking for some way to do a return in here for over 30min... see 'ya!

Why are you not able to buy this only in the store, the gel capsules. I can't do those that you put in water.
