Beyond getting the medicine out of the package, like all the other brands do as well, this is my go-to when it comes to my colds. Day\Night quil does not have any effect on me, this does. It lasts close to the 4 hours as suggested. Some times I can actually feel when the medicine stops being effective.

This is the best cold I have ever taken. It works within about 15 to 20 minutes. Within days of taking this product I was feeling better. I barely coughed, which is unual for me when I get a cold.

These are the best when u have sinus issues or you are sick with coughing.

This stuff is great. The specialized Alka Seltzer products really get the job done. Whatever ails you, they've got something for it. We even use these in Spring when we're fighting allergies. We like to use the fizzy ones but these are less trouble and, of course, great to take along for when you're out and about.

works really well and pretty fast others you have to use multiple times a for 4 to 5 days where as alka seltzer you will see better results 1st couple of doses to a day or 2 not 5 days like others

We were grtting congested and couldnt cough it up. i ordered this med and it took the constant cough away, but loosened the mucus in our chest and had us coughing it up easily the next morning! Took it 2 more days, and we were fine.
