HMB is clinically proven to work to restore muscle in elderly inactive people and seems to be working for me . Definitely worth trying if you are in the right demographic. This formula requires 4 capsules to get to 3 grams which is the dose tested and found effective. Caps are on the large size and if you get a formula which is 1000mg/capsule, be prepared for a big capsule to swallow.

I can't say for sure that I've noticed anything drastic quite yet but you can't really expect that anyway, however I definitely have more energy and I'm gaining some muscle just doing a pushup workout everyday mixed with some 14 hour fasting.
