I heard good things about this supplement,so I decided to try it,I'm happy I did since I started my muscle cramps have significantly reduced and I'm sleeping so much better!!!

This is a fabulous magnesium supplement I highly recommend.

an RN recomended this over the brand i was usIng. she said body absorption was better. i dont believe ive taken it for more than a month, but i do believe i feel better. no more nausea when getting up of a morning.

Taking daily seems to work fine

so far so good. fair price compared with others. My night muscle cramps seem to be lessening since taking. No noticeable side effects for me. Im pleased so far.

Need to swallow 3 capsules to get 450mg of magnesium. So each capsule has only 150mg of magnesium. So the label is deceptive at the first glance. Too expensive.

I have only been taking this for about one month and I want to say that I am seeing improvement in my restless leg syndrome. Will keep taking it to see if it gets even better.

Serving size is 3 capsules for 450mg Magnesium Glycinate, so 150mg each. Seems very high quality and in a form (glycinate) which is the most efficiently absorbed. Capsules are easy to swallow.

This product didn't work well for me at all in fact I was even more irritable, couldn't sleep, couldn't relax, tried different dosage quantity amount , and times, but still didn't work so I ended up disposing them.
