I bought a size small for my mother because she was in the waist range. She tried it on, but it was a tight fit. After it was wrap around her, she felt the relief she needed and it supported her back.

Gives very good support for a good depth! Most supports are very short! I like that this belt is longer, giving much better back support!!

It runs small. I'm small and it does not fit. I am going to keep it but I'll have to make adjustments so it will fit me, unfortunately it will have to be cut in a couple places so it can stretch further. The Velcro is very very secure. I had a hard time pulling it off. Too bad I can't recommend it, it's a great product. They under estimated the waist sizes.

I liked that it came in white . Its a little big but I'm making it work. It helps and is well made. I may order a size down.
