Alumilite Amazing Mold Putty; Yellow Silicone

I attempted to use this for a project other than, strictly speaking, making molds. It seemed to be a high-quality product: measuring out equal amounts (I used a kitchen scale) and mixing for the recommended time resulted in a quality cured part. It seems to pick up details well. It does set fairly quickly but that mostly felt like a feature, not a bug. I don't think it bubbled too much despite zero degassing or anything like that on my part. I wore vinyl gloves (it's recommended not to use latex or nitrile gloves if you are concerned about getting it on your hands because those might possibly inhibit the cure, and I was able to find after some searching that vinyl gloves are said to be one of the best options).

The name is perfect, this stuff is amazing.,. easy to use, works great... your only limited by your creativity.... for molds with alot of details, use a release spray to save time... I highly recommend this product... you will not be disappointed !!!

This has been the most frustrating purchase to date. The first box received was a few days delayed, in the Mississippi heat, upon opening box products had leaked out inside. To get replacement I have to send leaking product back to fed ex. Received replacement yesterday and it was some plastic cups, wrong item. Now I have to take one box to fed ex and the wrong item to Walmart to get a refund of my money. No this is convenient at all, especially with school starting Monday (I will add pictures of the first box when husband comes home it's in his vehicle)

Don't know how good this product is because whoever filled my order must have been high or hungover. After having to wait too additional days past original date promised for delivery, instead of putty, I got a bunch of stickers. Nothing close to what I ordered. I was in the middle of a furniture makeover and incompetence wasted precious time.

Wasn't able to use this product because it exploded in the box
