3M Bondo Wood Filler – 30 fl oz, High-Performance Two-Part Formula for Interior and Exterior Wood Repairs, Fast-Curing, Paintable, Stainable

This product takes some practice to be used. I wasted half of my first can due to not learning more beforehand and tried to use half the can at one time. Even once I used the right amount, mixing in the right amount of hardener is not easy; too much and it will harden before you can use it, too little and it can result in a weaker filler. After having used 3 cans now I am starting to feel like an amateur repairer.

Haven't opened it yet. I assume it's the same Bondo wood filler from many years ago. If so, it's a great wood filler; however, you must use a respirator even outside. The vapor can irritate your lungs more than you might believe.

Fantastic product! Repairs on the old wood window sill was a nightmare but this bondo product worked great to skin and fill the damaged areas. Only precaution is how fast it sets up.

Product hardens too quickly.

Has a strong chemical smell and there are warnings about inhalations. Dries too fast. That means it has to be mixed close to the area of application and applied immediately -i tried first applying a coat on the wood and then the cream and mixing it on the wood. No instructions on how to thin or slow down the drying.

Hey 3M. Just understand that when a customer pays retail then opens your can to see it half full, the customer gets angry, takes a picture, gets online, blasts you publicly, then never buys your product again. Side note: Why bother with the same size tube of cream hardner then? You might has well add one the size of a pea.
