Good idea , no go
I took it for a week for weight loss and have seen or felt no difference. It doesn't upset my stomach or seem to have any effect at all. It was supposed to be effective after eating carbs but sadly there was no effect, even after weighing myself each time. I will keep trying. No pic it looks like the sales picture, capsules.
