Boswellia is the Frankincense from the Bible that the Wise men gave Jesus. It helps me with my arthritis without adding more chemicals in my body. I love to crochet and at 80 I can still enjoy my hobby! I highly suggest trying Boswellia if you have joint issues like mine.
