Good for bones and healing
Recommend by my Ortho doctor. Good for soft tissues and joints. Good for healing, especially after a surgery. It is a pineapple supplement. This brand was recommended as in the top 10. It says it is good for digestion but I found I have to take it at night as it may upset my sensitive stomach.

Works great
My husband has severe rheumatoid arthritis and he started taking this and helps him with his pain level. He ran out and noticed his joints hurting really bad. Felt better as soon as he started taking again.
