These keep my calcium levels where it should be. There's no aftertaste. The capsules are abit big, kinda hard to swallow so I take 1 at a time. The bottle was sealed when it arrived 👍

One tab instead of two
The 1500 is one tablet twice a day - which to me is better Thant paying for and taking two 750 tabs twice daily. Easier for my schedule%26 I find this helps burn fat with healthy eating and activity!
