Do not like taste so drink 3-4 big swallows of plain water immediately after drinking magnesium water without breathing in. Only take 1/2 scoop mixed in 4 Oz of water before bed to aid in sleep along with MK-7 Vitamin K, Vitamin D-3 and Triple Omega 3 which work together synergistically. My sleep quality has improved since the powder dissolved in water is absorbed by the body faster. I only take 1/2 scoop cuz I also take Magnesium Citrate supplement earlier in the day.

100% magnesium glycinate powder.Dissolves in water
This is 100% magnesium glycinate powder, no additives (according to the label). The powder dissolves in water, as it should. Taste is mild noticeable. I mix it with Morton Lite Salt to get/maintain electrolytes like Sodium, Potassium, Magnesium during my fasting days.

powder was good quality for the price. worked as I expected. has seemed to help with my sleep %26 muscle cramps which is why I wanted it in the first place.
