I have medical issues and sleep is one thing that doesn't come easily. I would much rather take these to ease into sleep than sleeping pills.

Fewer tablets to take - Excellent Results
I used to use the 10 mg tablets, but switched to these. I like that I can take fewer tablets, in my case 2 rather than 4, and the price is very good. I've tried multiple brands of melatonin, and these work as well as any of them. If you'd like to take fewer tablets, these are for you.

I take 2 tablets before bed 40mg) and sleep like a baby! And no gross aftertaste!

Awful
I had to wait on shipping for this product about four days, so I tried the product. I have never tasted anything more awful. They were pure awful tasting pills.

Melatonin in melt in your mouth..YUK!
I wanted capsules. This is not capsules. You have to dissolve these in your mouth. The taste is disgusting not pleasant at all! Never again!
